Shaun Acosta
Executive ChefA Northern California native with more than 20 years of Four Seasons experience, Chef Acosta now leads the culinary program at Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco. His career has taken him from the Big Island of Hawaii to New York City, and most recently Napa Valley – and now back to his Bay Area roots. With a “less is more” philosophy, Chef Shaun blends simplicity and innovation to create menus that celebrate the best of the season and the region.
